IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC CLOSING THE RIS ("ROBERTSHAW) FACTORY")

We have received a notice that the Schneider Electric Robertshaw plant is shutting down: “Please see the attached “RBS – Customer Letter -SE.pdf” regarding plant closure.” We currently have until the end of March to enter new orders, but I would plan on March 13, 2026, to make sure that we can get them into Schneider Electric. We are also planning to purchase additional stock depending on the demand.
It would be helpful to know your thoughts on:
1) Entering Additional Orders.
2) Quantities you expect to need in 2026.

Effective January 1, 2017, the name of the legal entity, Invensys Systems, Inc., dba Robertshaw Industrial Products, will change to Schneider Electric Systems USA, Inc. This is part of the continued integration of Invensys into Schneider Electric. See Notice
